The Receptors

A hundred and eight receptors, grouped by the transmitter each answers to, with how tightly each one holds it: binding constants and potencies on a common scale that runs in tenfold steps, further right holding tighter, beside the coupling of each receptor and its natural ligand, and why channels at the synapse let go where G-protein-coupled receptors hold on.

Affinities from the IUPHAR/BPS Guide to PHARMACOLOGY (Harding SD et al., Nucleic Acids Res 2024), every number traced to its study; the database is under the Open Database Licence 1.0 and its contents under CC BY-SA 4.0.
